English style barley wine made from floor malted Maris Otter, British Crystal malt and Fuggles hops. Bottle conditioned for a full year before release. Of course unpasteurised and unfiltered.

"Bottled. Hazy brownish amber colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel, yeast, mild spicyness as well as some red berries. Flavour is sweet fruits, some yeast, herbs and fudge. Interesting barley wine, with a big plummy and alcoholic aftertaste. "

"Cloudy reddish brown with big lasting pale brown head. Malty sweet aroma of red berries, oranges, caramel and sweet licorice with mild hoppy undertones of flowers and pine-needles. Full bodied with sweet sappy notes of oranges, berries, flowers and caramel with touches of nuts, alcohol and licorice. Long warming finish of nuts, alcohol, pine-needles, almonds and red berries. "
