Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is a nice little thirst quencher brewed with a big quantity oatmeal, which combined with very light carbonation provides the ale with a extra smooth texture. The hops are American Amarillo that leave a fresh, crisp bitterness and notes of ripe abricot. Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

"Hazy yellow colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is sweet acidic fruits and yeast. Flavour is yeasty, fruity, flowery, hoppy and some mild spices. Pleasant brew. "

"Foggy orange, topped with a sticky white foam. Bittersweet aroma of grapefruit, lemon, vanilla and straw. Light and airy flavours of lemon, vanilla and yeast with grapefruit in the aftertaste."
