This is our September 2005 Special Ale.
It is a strong version of our Brown Ale with an extra load of hops. Eight weeks of maturation rounds of the flavors and integrate the hoppiness with the chocolate and caramel notes from the malt profile. Dry hopping with whole flower Centennial hops directly in each cask provides some extra punch.
Ølfabrikken India Brown is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers. Only available on tap.

"Very hazy dark brown colour with big foamy off-white head. Aroma is hops, fruits and enormously big grassyness. Flavour is harsh grass, some hops and earth as well as a bit of caramel. "
