"cloudy reddish brown colour; little foam; aroma of prune and cherry with a touch of yeast; effervescent and solid malt body; fairly bitter and with a long malty and fruity finish - strange to drink a Christmas Ale on ahot summer day (34 degree Celsius) ..."

"Opaque brown color with a rich and sticky pale brown foam. The aroma is very hoppy and is dominated by grapefruit-peels and ornages with weak notes of cookies and caramel. Flavour of cookies and caramel with strong hoppy notes of grapefruit and other hop oils. Feels surprisingly low-bodied for its strength. Hoppy and long aftertaste of grapefruit and cookies. Really charming little brew."
