ØLFABRIKKEN PÅSKE ALE (Easter ale) is a amber coloured ale with a caramelly finish, but it is nonetheless refreshing thanks to the citrussy Cascade hops. Its unusually low ABV (for a Easter brew anyway) underscores its usability with traditional Danish Easter food. Ølfabrikken Påske Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

"Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. Amber ale, ABV was 6%. Nice hoppy aroma, hints of oak. Malty flavour with loads of caramel and a moderately hoppy finish. Not bad."
