Ølfabrikken Rød/Wit is a different fruit beer, being less sweet than many others of the that type. Raspberries provide the beer with a discreet fruitiness and acidity. The beer is also more hoppy than most fruit beers and the bitterness from the hops underscores its refreshing qualities. Enjoy it cold as a aperitif or use it as a palate cleanser between two dishes. Ølfabrikken Rød/Wit is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

"Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is raspberries, some blood orange as well as a bunch of wheat. Flavour is quite the same in a papery dryness. Kind of lager meets raspberries in a very dry way. "
