A refreshing smoked ale made with German beech smoked malt, chocolate malt and German Perle hops. Of course unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

"Hazy reddish brown. Small creamy tan-coloured foam with yellow hints. Mild aroma of tar and smoked ham. Smokey flavour with strong notes of tar. Hints of ham and caramel. Smooth malty body. Medium bitter finish of tar and licorice with touches of nuts and grass. Pretty good but I want more smoke."
