A malty and easy drinkable barleywine with notes of caramel, chocolate, baked chestnuts and discrete hopping. The beer has been matured for several months before release providing it with a soft character. Of course unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle like all of our beers.

"Hazy nutbrown/orange colour, beige head. Aroma is hops, caramel and slight hints of honey. Flavour is caramel, hops, slight fruity- and grassyness. Some nutty hints are also there. "

"Hazy reddish brown with large creamy white foam. Aroma of caramel, pine-needles, grapefruit, yeast, grass and cookies. Full and creamy flavour of milky cho9colate, alcohol, yeast and pine-needles. Sticky and hoppy finish of fudge and pine-needles."
