Spices, such as orange peel and corriander, provides a complex, almost perfumy aroma, balanced by a light tarness from the yeast and notes of grapefruit. Four types of grains are used - wheat, barley, oat and rye, providing a complex maltprofile.

"Poured a light yellow with small head almost no lacing. Aroma was of oranges and mabye lemon? Flavor was much the same some wheat in there and a spice i am not figuring out. Finish with a hot alcohol taste.

"Bottle from Robert at SL. The pour was pale yellow, hazy to cloudy, nice thin white head, good retention, only spotty lacing. The aroma was citrus, wheat, oranges, light spicing. The flavor followed, wheaty citrus notes first, some oranges, spicing was mild. If the flavor was more full this woulda rocked. It was definitely enjoyable, however, highly drinkable, finishes with a little zing."

"Cloudy golden, big firm foam. Fresh aroma of citric fruit, coriander and pepper. Light yeasty and citrousy flavour with a peppery undertone in the finish."
