Cleverly combining bitterness and softness, this beer, brewed with a monastic respect for tradition, preserves the authenticity of a refreshing and original taste.
Its pure white froth and its natural flavours of coriander and Curacao will gratify the most demanding of consumers.
Like all the beers in the Floreffe range, it is Recognized Belgian Abbey Beer approved.
Its alcoholic content is 4,5%.

"Hazy yellow colour with white creamy head. Sweet toffeeish aroma. Flavour is bananaish citrus with some yeasty, soapish notes. Aftertaste and palate is dry. Flavour is cut pretty bad in this one, it lacks both a proper finish and aftertaste. "

"Draught in Nice, France, as "Bière Blanche de Floreffe". Served with a quarter slice of lemon, which I instantly pulled out of the glass. Hazy pale colour. Pleasant lemony aroma, some spice too. Moderate citrussy flavour, faint notes of coriander. Drinkable and refreshing, but not a "big" beer"
