The herbal character, combined with a soft bitterness ensures this beer is in a class of its own. The use of various types of roasted barley gives this splendid beer its brown to dark purple colour and its unique personal flavour.

"Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a big light brown foamy head with great retention and some good lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt is dominating with some hints of dry fruits. Taste is also dominated by nice toffee Belgian malt with some candi sugar and some dry fruits such as figs and plums components. Body is about average with some good carbonation and no alcohol could be notice. Overall, I would have to say that this beer was very well done for the style."

"Amber with a large frothy head. Sweet aroma of caramel, toffee and yeast. Simple flavour of overriped dark fruit and caramel. Spicy and quite alcoholic finish. "
