" This beer had serious pressure build up. The cork almost took my eye out. It poured a copper color with a nice head. sweet smell of the malts. It has a slightly sweet citrus taste to it. Lots of hop flavor. A pretty good beer but not great. Little pricey for what I got."

"Pours a beautiful copperish golden color with a thick creamy head. Leaves a thick lace. Aroma is yeast and slight fruits. Mouthfeel is medium full. A bit sweet, a bit dry. Taste is spice, vanilla, fruit, citrus. "

"Pours a hazy orange color with a real nice foamy head. Aroma is citrus fruits, yeasty and a little grainy. This is easy drinking with the flavors I've come to expect from a good Belgian Triple. It's got a nice spicy, yeasty, citrus fruity flavor with a mild sour note and a clean finish. The alcohol content is hardly noticed (until your body tells you) unless you let the beer warm quite a bit. I have to be honest I got sick of it halfway through the bottle (750ml bottle) but maybe that's because I've had too many Triples lately. Even as I did work my way through the bottle that foam remains on top which produces a nice amount of lacing. "

"This beer is very lively when poured, has a deep golden colour, is a bit troubled with a nice sizzling foam collar on top. It has an aroma of barleymalt which is kind of grainy with some tiny fruity accents. Affligem tripel feels very accidic at first, followed by a strong malty flavor. The aftertaste is quite complex: it is occidant and somewhat bitter, with malty and hoppy accents and a slight sense of alcohol. "Beer pours straw yellow with really nice frothy head, silky smooth. No aroma at all. Flavor was half trippel, half saison…with sweet fruit, bananas and some funk and some spice and clove. Nice mouthfeel...rich, full and coating but with a good carbonation. A slight metallic flavor which went away some as it warmed. Good beer."
