A strong, bright, bottom-fermented beer.
It is neither sweet nor wuchtig, but harsh and freshly - like the Allgäu in the spring!

"This bock pours a light orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is cereal and grain, lots of fruitiness. A medium bodied bock. Malts are fruity and sweet, touch of corn maybe? Hops are slightly spicy. Kind of sweet and a touch watery, but a decent drinkable beer. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "
