"Great googly-moogly what a find. Stopped off at the brewery shop last week. So far this is by far the best of the bunch. Really jet black, opaque stout with coffee foam head. Head quickly dissipates and lacing evident. Not a great deal aroma (hence the 6), but oodles of flavour. Not too hoppy either - so a real imperial stout. Tastes of liquorice and leather and dry earth. Going down rather too quickly with some hand made vintage cheddar. Could do with a little sweetness to counterbalance the alcohol, but it is very representative of the type Bliss!!!!"
