Alley Kat Amber is a full-bodied, London style brown ale. Reddish amber in colour, it is m-a-l-t-y with just a hint of roasted barley. Alley Kat Amber has an original gravity of approximately 12° Plato and an alcohol content of 5% by volume. The beer is moderately hopped with bittering and flavouring hops to a total hop bitterness of 24 IBUs (a measure of hop bitterness in beer). This "malty" purpose beer complements cheeses and roasted meats. Or try it with pecan pie!

"went to local restaurant and was surprised they had this on tap. delightfully surprised. the pint came back with an off white, medium head. colour is, well, amber. can taste a small amount of hops, and was complimented with a sweet spice. taste had a smidge of bitterness, that wasn't shunned. apparent light lacing. good brew."
