"Bottle: Poured a light pink/red color ale with good size foamy head with good retention and no lacing. Loads of protein flake are also discernable, which makes this somewhat gross to drink. Aroma of lightly sour raspberries with no fake syrup is quite enjoyable. Taste is also sominated by some lightly sweet and sour raspberry with some malt also noticeable. A bit gross to look at but more enjoyable then I had anticipated.

"Beer appears to be a dirty straw yellow to brown and way more chunks floating in then there should be I mean it looks like a handful of tapioca was thrown in. a sour powdery raspberry aroma with hints of flowers is coming up from the glass. Very dry taste with sour raspberry, wheaty malts and a extreme clean finish. Beer never gets to sweet or fake tasting. Ok beer to drink nothing to special."

"Somehow, this stuff is quite drinkable!
Pours out a golden orange brew that is a bit cloudy and is topped off by an ok white cap. My bottle has a bunch of large chunks sitting on the bottom - and those chunks have virtually zero substance in my mouth... how odd. The aroma comes across decent enough but nothing here jumps out to make you say "wow": candy raspberries that still have enough tartness to keep the sweetness down, mild malts and light wheatiness (is that a word?), The taste comes across tart and totally void of hops which is great, raspberry flavour wanders between real fruit and candy, mild, well balanced malts and a hint of wheat. I'd say that this is just on the thin side but can't really because what do you really expect? Good tartness, no lagging thick sweetness, finishes strong on aftertaste but that only lasts for a short bit. A pretty good product from Alley Kat."
