Yellowhead Wheat Ale is a North American style wheat beer. These beers are typically light in colour and flavour and are brewed with a substantial amount of wheat, which gives them a slight grainy character. Yellowhead is no exception. Yellowhead Wheat Ale is brewed to our exacting standards using 30% malted soft white wheat in the grist. This is complimented by the use of hops from Washington state to give the beer a citrusy note. The result is a wheat beer which is great with or without a lemon!
