"This is a bier with a mission-goodbye to the old hallo to the new. Golden stark bier that is surely a bock. Body is medium, flavor is BIER-complex combo of maltz and hops, with an aroma that says drink me! Very good price, the Monks done it this time, the best ever from Alpirsbacher. The Gods are great-I am seeing the Stark Bier Zeit aus dem Schwartzwald!!!
Just finished the last of this brew/10/4/05 Some batchs are like a jr. IPA-strong hop finish. Others, a super Pils. Damn good bier proved itself in the long haul. "
