Alvinne is a clear blond beer, filtered but not pasteurized and bottle conditioned. Ingredients are water, pilsner malt, wheat malt, hop (fuggles, northern brewer) and yeast (Lesaffre T58).

"Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde ale with large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral Belgian malt with some spicy yeast notes also discernable. Taste is a refreshing mix between some floral malt with some light sweet notes and a peppery and spicy yeast finish. Full body with good carbonation and no alcohol could be detected. Refreshing and well done for the style even though finish could have been hoppier."

"Cloudy pale golden with a rich lively white foam. Fresh yeasty nose of citric fruit and almonds. Dryish, lightly acidic flavour of orange-peels, hay, coriander and wood with subtle sweetish undertones of banana and burnt sugar. Fresh and hoppy finish of lemon-peels and mild herbs. "
