In the city of Jaipur at the Hawa Mahal(wind palace) one can, even today enjoy a ride on elephant back in an Ambari. In the yesteryears, the Royalty of these areas and others in India used to travel in an Ambari. Ambari is the carriage placed on the elephant.
The Ambari in those days used to be decorated with gems and jewels and the more elaborate the decorations the higher the importance of the person travelling in it.

Ambari lager is brewed at 5% ABV.
