Brewed from only the finest hops, malted barley, hops, yeast, hops, and pristine Boonville mineral water, and hops.
Hop-heads your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hard working hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight).

"very aromatic, with a strong flavor, and bitter bite to boot, but the flavor is a slight miss for me. not that i can't enjoy this beer, but i'm a fan of a different hop blend before i'll say it's one of the better ipas. "

"On tap at the Mad Mex in Robinson. Why do I continue to torture myself with IPA? I am not purposefully attempting to make IPA lovers angry! I just want to taste every possible beer out there Not a whole lotta aroma. Pour is slightly darker than and hazy compared to the norm. You can barely tell it is gonna be an IPA. Same old pale yellow american beer colors. Big hoppy flavor impact, it is funny how so many of these beers come across with the same initial impressions. Bitter back of the throat grapefruit rind experiences. Medicinal qualities that just will not quit. Get ready to pucker your mouth. I thought that hops were to used as a preservative but now it is desirable. Finish is lasting and lingers for at least a half hour afterwards. Gimmie a glass of water. S4L3F2T4O6"

"Pours a hazy golden-orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma is of citrus and pine and taste is similarly unbalanced--all hop bitterness. To most, the lack of balance would be bad but I loved it. Excellent west coast IPA."

"Pours a hazed orange with a sticky white head that offers great lacing. Aroma is sweet and piney. Taste is wonderfully bitter (if you're a hop head), with citrusy cascade and simcoe hops. Very bready and earthy for an ipa, with an unusually nice creamy mouthfeel. The taste is fantastic, as I think this IPA is a bit underrated here. The hop qualities make this one of the best American IPA's brewed."

"This beer poured a clear amber color with a tall frothy white head. It had aromas of pine and earth and flavors of wood and pine needles with a bitter quality. Finished malty."
