"This delicious brew occupies the middle ground between stouts and porters. It has an extremely dark body with a tall, firm, tan head. As it settles in the glass, it creates a delightful display cascading down the inside of the glass in sheets...kind of like an aurora beerealis in your hand. The texture is heavy, without being overly syrupy or sweet. Perhaps the most delightful aspect of this seasonal porter is the distinct caramel and treacle flavors permeating the experience. I love dessert, but I'd pass up any cake or pie for a pint of this after a nice fall meal. Absolutely delicious!"
