"Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy dark brown color ale with a small foamy head with minimal retention. Aroma of nutty malt is quite enjoyable. Taste of semi-sweet nutty malt was very enjoyable with a subtle dryness at the end. Carbonation was low which is appropriate for the style. I very much enjoyed this fine session beer from this new brewery."

[2] Review by Chopz from Cantley, Canada who has tried this beer once. (12/6/2006 3:14:54 AM)
"Purchased at the Dépanneur Rapido in Aylmer, Quebec. Pours a golden-orange colour with active tiny-bubble carbonation. Nice creamy off-white head that stays a while and leaves thick lacing. The nose is mild with nuts, fruits and hop, and with a touch metallic. Watery mouthfeel with slight creaminess. Soft bitterness with caramel malt and smoked malts in the finish. Nothing too fancy, but not bad. Enjoyed the smokey flavour (even though weird for this style)."
