La Pomd'her Hütt est une bière de type American Brown Ale. Elle est très savoureuse, parfois caramélisée, parfois légèrement torréifiée, parfois légèrement alcoolisée. Elle possède un équilibre fascinant entre son côté malté et sa finesse houblonnée. La préférée du brasseur à date! Et son goût n'a rien à voir avec sa prononciation...

"Bottle: Poured a deep slightly hazy brown color ale with an average foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel and molasses with some lightly sweet malt notes. Taste is also dominated by some caramel and molasses notes with light sweet notes and some very light dry hops are also discernable. Full body for the style with some good carbonation. Very good session beer coming from a hit and miss brewery."
