"Interesting beverage I'm glad I decided to try this one out. Thick, rich, golden colored pour. One inch thick creamy head with layers of heavy lacing. Real aromatic with an exceptionally sweet nose. Coriander is prominent with heavy scents of honey and white grapes. Sweet and gritty on the palate, dry with a slight alcohol presence. Sugary malt along with honey and spicy coriander. Lemon and orange flavors are intertwined throughout. A dose of white wine and faint grassy hops. Not your typical Belgian, and that's a good thing because it's quite a nice offering."

"NorCal December '07 - Not sure if this beer had some age on it or not, but what I got was a fairly straight forward, fruity, honeyish beer that was nice. Nose was honey, very floral almost perfumey with a touch of orange peel. Appearance was honey golden in color with solid head. Mouthfeel was soft, and velvety smooth. Flavor was a bit one dimensional for (which made me wonder how old the bottle was) because it was mostly honey like sweetness. Nice for a bottle, but I can't see drinking many of these. You might wind up with a cavity due to the sweetness. "

"Bottle, at The Rover, Göteborg. This beer includes 2.5% honey. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Pleasant but not very strong flowery aroma, some honey but not dominant. Flavour is sweetish, but not much is going on besides the honey. Alcohol is well hidden, though."
