A traditional Lager of the highest standards. Our Appaloosa Lager is called the "King of Beers" because of the extended aging (lagering) required to produce this premium beer. Appaloosa Lager is fermented slowly and aged in our cool rooms called "stock cellars" for a full eight weeks. A crisp "Canadian" or "Blue" style lager providing a smooth, clean, traditional taste for easy drinking.
