A full-bodied, well balanced beer with a big malt start and a dry finish.
This is a Bavarian styled lager that is well hopped with Hallertauer and Saaz for bitterness and floral aroma.
It has a golden colour and quite clean appearance, even though we steadfastly refuse to filter!
Fermentation is carried out in a cylindroconical vessel at 12 degrees for 8 to 10 days and the beer is laagered for a minimum of four weeks at 4 degrees.
The Miller’s Lager is a thirst quenching beer that is particularly enjoyable during our warmer weather.
