A full-bodied old fashioned I.P.A. with lots of malt and hops. In the Grist there is Maris Otter pale malt with crystal and a soupcon of dark crystal to give a little extra depth and body, a light chocolate malt and a hint of roast barley.
Challenger is the early copper hop and then plenty of Goldings thrown in halfway through the boil and Fuggles are used to strain the wort through the hop back. Not for the squeamish!
