Nach einem Rezept des Gründers der Brauerei Ernst Bauer brauen wir seit 1993 wieder Bauer's Schwarzes Bier welches sich zunehmender Beliebtheit erfreut. Ein herbes aber nicht zu bitteres Vollbier (4,9 % Alk.), passend zu leichter Kost.

"Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. Reddish brown colour - certainly not "schwarz"! Moderate bakery aroma. Moderate roasty flavour, relatively thin mouthfeel, some fruitiness. "
