"Tasted on tap at the 2nd Annual Drakes IPA Festival. This wit pours a slightly cloudy light yellow gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is spicy and citrusy. A light to medium bodied wit. Malts are fruity and sweet and citrusy. More citrus than spice. Clean yeasts. Seems a little more like an American Wheat than a wit, it needs a little more estery character. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter."
