This English Ale was modeled after a historical 1830's recipe from the famous Youngers Brewery, using a traditional English fermentation process. We hope you like this piece of living history!

"This bitter pours with a deep red body topped by a thin head with little lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and fruity with malty accents and a touch of graininess. The flavor is sweet and malty with fruity notes and grain notes. Medium bodied and smooth."
