"You cant go wrong with a Becks. Quality german beer at a good price. Nothing extra fancy about it. I do enjoy their Dark beer better and given the choice that is what i would order. But I'd take a Becks over most american brews anyday."

"Seriously overhyped beer--not sure what people see in this. Pours a clear golden. Although taste is okay--tastes like a beer as long as it is cold--the skunky aroma is a real turn-off. "

"Presentation: Poured from a 24oz green bottle into a tall flute glass.
Appearance: It pours a very pale yellow color with great clarity and a tall fizzy white head. The head faded fast and left behind no lace.
Smell: The aroma had a light skunky aroma over light floral and grassy hop notes.
Taste/Mouth feel: There was a delicate grainy malt with some floral hops that finished on a skunky note. Its palate was thin with a watery texture and fizzy carbonation.
Notes: Not sure if I got a bad bottle but it was consumed well before the freshness date on the label.

"I enjoy this German beer. Pours a golden color with a little white head. A little lacing on the glass. Not much aroma. Flavor of malts and grains that goes down easy. Enjoyable!"

"Middle of the pack german beer, not much to write about, however it wasnt bad either. It pours a nice golden color thats heavily carbonated, with a thick white cap. Smells a little skunky but not really bad, flavor was a little maltly and grassy. o.k. if you havent tried it before."
