"A burnt orange colored medium bodied lager that had a crisp clean taste. It had very faint aromas of caramel and malt. I could only taste caramel on the palate. All in all a good drinking beer but not the best Oktoberfest beer I have ever had."

"Presentation: It was poured from a green 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: It had a dark burnt orange amber colored body with good clarity. The pour produced a thick and creamy light tan head. The head had decent retention and made some slippery lacing on the glass.
Smell: There is a pleasant malty character with sweet caramel notes and light hints of spicy hops.
Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor has a modest caramel maltiness with light toasted notes and a good balance of spicy hops. A slight herbal and a very slight metallic comes through as well in the finish. The palate has a slick texture with active carbonation and a medium body.
Notes: Overall it's a solid Oktoberfest.

"This is a decent Oktoberfest beer but not exceptional. Amber color with a small white head. Aroma is nutty and taste is sweet and malty, typical of the style."

"Aroma is lightly skunked and highly grassy with some sweet caramel. Clear copper color with a fine tan head and some decent thick lacing. Light and crisp on the palate, body is thin like a pale lager. This tastes like regular Beck's only it's a touch sweeter with some faint toasted caramel hints. Grassy and light, mild euro-skunk. Not impressive at all, but still a drinkable beer."
