"Bottle, home. Delicious kriek. This beer pours a bright shade of crimson with an enormous, bubbly pink head. It's obviously very carbonated as tiny bubbles race up the glass, champagne-like. The aroma is a fantastic mix of bright cherries and softly sour funk. It's really good cherry pie as a lambic. There's a little bit of vinegar in the flavor and somewhat more sour funk. It's a dry beer but the cherries nearly seem sweet. The mouthfeel is bubbly but soft and very clean. Excellent."

"THis beer represents a powerul aromatic assault. Very tart aroma is a sign of things to come from the reddish brown lambic. Mixed in with the sour cherries are hints of earth and stream. The flavour is very tart, yet satisfying."

I am honored to have tasted this beer. Surprizingly available here in this area but only 17 ratings? WAY! Beautiful look and swirling pour. Sour cherries and vinegar olfactory. Big and sour farmy youser. Fizzing sour cherry pie filling, simply lovely. Words cannot explain the enjoyment in these beers. Some of the best beer available in my area. Lovely lambic, lovely lambic. Sad this session is over. Need more, dee-lish experience. Oh my.

"Pretty looking brownish red body with a thin pink cap floating on top. Smooth creamy cheery aroma with some out of place leather showing up in the aroma. Aroma is refreshing with a mild tartness. Taste is flowery with a sweet finish. The cherry taste is being held back by this unpleasant flower perfume and the leather is starting to show in the taste a little too much. Not as good as others in the style, I give it 3.98 thumbs down. "

"Khory's again....
Poured out a large, thick pink cap that lasts forever, leaves average spotty and ropy lacing on a brew that looks like a dark mahogany yet seems on the wimpy side for colour. The aroma is very good with dark cherry that is not overly powerful, some funk which is nice, wood, leather that is not leather, more funk. I really like the funk in this. The taste, which is pretty much a bunch of mild yet tasty dark cherries really weakens as I go along here almost to the point of boredom. Woody with a bit of tart. This beer came out really impressive with it's funk quality but that is all gone now and was gone half the way through. Pretty plain although very drinkable - but what Belgium Lambec isn't? Get Lindeman's instead."
