"Pours dark ruby yet very clear into the glass with a large light brown collar on top. It has a yeasty aroma like brown sugar and roasted malt. It feels rather watery and very little acidic. The taste is yeasty, brown sugar and roasted malt, but surprisingly fruity yet bitter and slightly occidant. The aftertaste is yeasty, earth (like sand), pretty bitter and dry."
