"A very hazy amber color with a lot of suspended material in it. Head disappears quickly but leaves a nice lacing around the glass. Pretty complex taste, but is more subtle than anything else. An easy drinking ale."

"This is a very nice amber. Pours its namesake color with a fizzy tan head that rapidly disappears. Light aroma of hay and biscuits with pale fruit. Mouthfeel is smooth; medium bodied. Flavors come in waves - soft sweet malt, fruit, grass, nuts, and finally a gentle hop bitterness. Soft, smooth, refreshing, subtly complex. MUSIC: 'Amber Waves' by Tori Amos"

"A deep, cloudy reddish ale with a robust white-foamy head that stuck around for a full minute. It eventually settled into a nice soapy lacing. The mellow body offers a mellow tickle of carbonation. The aroma is weak with a subtle notation of sweet malt and floral hops. And it’s bittering hops, not overpowering that first hit the palate. Very nice, very drinkable from the dependable brewers at Bells. It should be a restaurant beer. Very good beer with most American fare."

"Pours a dirty amber color with a moderate off-white head with some retention. Aroma is herbal with some grassy hops and fruity notes. Sweet fruity flavors, some bready malt, and hops show towards the finish with mild bitterness. Medium to light-bodied. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking with nice balance but overall there's not a lot to this. "

"Mild, soapy, floral, sweet, grassy, herbal hop nose. Clear copper colored body is topped by low white head that recedes to ring with some lace. Floral and earthy hop character to the sweet, malty flavor with some honey-like notes and moderate finishing bitterness. Medium body with fine-bubbled, gently prickly effervescence."
