"Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is honey, hay, and some not-sweet-toffeeish notes. Flavour is quite sour and bittery toffee. Once the yeast is in, the aroma turns more into tropical fruits and the flavour gets mildly fruity with hints of grass and hay. "
