"Bottle: Poured a bright clear light copper color ale with a small foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of grainy and lightly sweet malt is quite bland. Taste is a mix between grainy dry malt with some light sweetness. Minimal use of hops and limited refreshing qualities lack in this beer. Medium body with limited creamy texture and medium carbonation."

[2] Review by pootz from between Calgary and Waterloo, Canada who has tried this beer a couple times. (9/12/2006 5:36:43 PM)
"Bottle:
Pours an amber-gold lightly clouded ale in the glass....decent 2 finger sticky cap...moderate carbonation.
Aromas of citrus ( grapefruit), grass, sweet graininess.
Medium malt spine, medium body, slick mouth fee;.
Starts with a nice blast of sweet, bready crystal malt, then a respectable fruity/citrus tone and a wet finish with a pleasant, and not too heavy bittering.
The malts are upfront on this ale and it has a very close resemblance to an American micro Pale with it’s cascade hopping...but the maltiness and smoothness of a conditioned cream ale.
Very pleasant.

"A rich golden colour, average head and leave a nice lacing, that beer looks great in the glass...Aroma of fresh malt (biscuit, cereal),right dosage of carbonation that beer is very smooth...Flavor a great balance of malt and hops and the choice of yeast i suspect must be great because this is somewhat special...Only a few location in Montreal and around display that précieux nectar..."
