"Being a beer can collector, I had to pick up a 6 pack when I saw this new label out. Only available in the Calgary area, it is advertising local country music station Country 105's 25th anniversay. I bought this one to save the can, not particularily for the coontents.
Beer pours a clear golden yellow color, short white head to start, but the foam quickly disappears. Some smell of malt, but also some sour, wet corn like smell. The taste is somewhat grainy, like a typical macro, nothing really notable though (good or bad). Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery, but still has a good level of carbonation.
I can't tell if this is a new beer recipe or just another Big Rock product that has been put in a new package. I got it on sale, so at least the price was right.
