Soft, creamy and dry as Irish humour, this refreshing mild stout has hints of espresso, licorice, and black pepper. The beer is dark in colour with a dense head of pillowy foam, a creamy body and a rich roasted dryness in the finish. A Limited Production Dry Irish Stout.

"First appearance is black - almost guiness like, hold it up to the light and it is dark amber-redish color. Full head with nice lacing. Kind of thin, but not overly watery. Clean and crisp like a lager, but more flavorful. A good introduction to a stout beer for the uninitiated, which is what I think they were going for. I would rather support the local brewery by buying this."
