"4 pack of 355ml orange cans, brought as a gift. "Made Naturally, in the Okanagan" on the shoulder, Big Rock Brewery, Calgary, Alberta, clearly stated on the label. Served chilled.
Pours a very light yellow color, as expected for a cider. Large, frothy white head, leaves this sheets of lacing. Smell is classic apple cider, maybe a touch metallic. Flavor of tart apples and white wine. Alcohol seems well hidden. Mouthfeel is very crisp and dry, and cuts the sweet, sugary finish present in other ciders. I found it more tart, and not as sweet as Strongbow.
