The ‘Bink brown’ is the most known ‘Bink beer’. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This tasty beer is appreciated by the lover of brown beers. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink brown’ is a full and softly bitter beer with an aftertaste of sweets and malt.

"Latte head leaves an inch of thick lace on top of a nice dark brown fluid. Spice notes on the tongue with hints of citrus, prunes, mustiness and figs blend with a caramel balance. This reminded me of Leffe, only not as sweet. It had a raisin like, semi dry aftertaste to it as well. A typical Belgian bruin!

"Dark reddish brown with a fluffy tan-coloured foam. Yeast, salty licorice, milky chocolate and herbs in the aroma. Yeasty and rather spicy flavour of salty licorice, biscuits, soil, yeast with some interesting oily hop notes. Medium bodied. Medium bitter and rather hoppy finish of grass, anise and juniper with nutty and undertones."

"Pours out a earthy brown color, nice head. First impressions on aroma was light brown sugar and some raisins. A soft mouthfeel gave way to a plummy and yeasty beer. Nothing complex, but easy drinking just the same. Not bad."

"Bottled. Ruby red colour, small beige head. Sweet caramel, plum and malt in aroma. Plum, dryness, paper and malt in flavour. Not as sweet as many other bruins, nice one in that way. A bit boring in length though."

"This one looked good, nice brown color (abbey like) and a decent head with an aroma that was fruity (apples and cherries?). Flavor was unfortunately not assertive on any front. What was it trying to be? Somewhat like a light dubbel with a touch of flemish sour-sweetness, but weak all around. Not my idea of an expensive import."
