Birra di color nocciola, robusta e molto corposa, si presenta con un elevato tenore alcolico. Ha un naso moderatamente fruttato con sentori prevalenti di frutta secca. In bocca si percepisce distintamente il malto, il caramello, la liquerizia e un sentore finale di cioccolato. Una vera birra da meditazione.

"Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a muddy reddish brown colour with a small white foam. Yeast, almonds, cloves and soap in the aroma with touches of cocoa. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, almonds, dust, yeast and soap. Short finish of yeast, nuts and cocoa-powder. "
