"It'd be nice if we could land this beer a bit more frequently in the Bay Area. Aroma is grassy and a bit metallic (think a dirty nickel). Appearance was clear, yellow in color with a very nice head with good lacing. Mouthfeel was a little lazy as it didn't have that feel a good pilsner has. Flavor had a definite hoppy character to it with a satisfying finish. Overall a decent German pils. I'd imagine this would be even better fresh."

"This German Pilsner pours an orange gold color from a 500ml bottle. Huge sized white foamy head, long lasting with good lacing. Aroma is grainy and grassy, touch of sweetness. A medium to full bodied pilsner. Malts are grainy and grassy, slightly sweet. Somewhat spicy hops. Smooth taste. Kind of full tasting for a pilsner, it lacks that crisp and clean dryness that one would expect of a pilsner, but it has a nice hop bite at the finish to compensate. Clean and refreshing. This is a nice Pilsner. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and slightly hoppy. "
