"Poured a clear medium yellow with no head. The aroma of course was of apples. I found the taste to be a little vinagary but not bad. It went well with pork and slaw. I mixed a bit with cranberry juice, It made a nice combo. Quite refreshing."

"Darker than most ciders I’ve tasted. More like the color of a pale yellow ubiquitous american lager. No head and no sign of carbonation within. Taste is tingly. Has a flavor reminiscent of flavored malt liquor. Not really sweet but has a tad of apple flavor. Finish is friendly but that mild to medium presence of alky pops it’s head up. Rather fruity and refreshing tho there are more ciders out there that really are more cidery.

"This cider pours a very clear pale yellow. The aroma is weak, but you can get a whiff of some faint crab-apple goodness. The flavour is dry like a white wine, with some apple sweetness."

"Aroma is of fermented apples as well as sweet sugar and apple juice. Appearance is a deep, golden yellow in color with a full, white and fuzzy head on top that disappears almost immediately leaving no lacing at all. Mouthfeel is light-bodied and very dry with some sweet apple complexity. Flavor is of apple juice and sweetness with some tartness and some bitter but not overly so with an aftertaste that is clean and crisp as well as dry with a finish that is sharp and tasty. Overall, not my favorite style but this brew is tasty and almost like Strongbow but a bit better in my opinion and a great thirst-quencher during these hot Summer months in the South...Recommended."

"creamy then crisp and dry, it tastes pretty refined. Its light and not overly sweet which i like. The fine bubbles are nice although the finish is a bit flat. Flavor is a lot like apple juice, also a touch tart. Nice juicy aftertaste"
