Appearance: Off-white and cloudy with natural sediment. Highly carbonated, it pours a pure white head of foam that regally crowns the glass.
Aroma: Aromatic and exotic delight of spice, citric fruits, wheat and hops with a coriander accent.
Service: Typically served in a short-wide Old Fashion glass. Compliments seafood, fowl, salads, fruit and Oriental dishes.

"Cloudy pale yellow with a strong, stark white head that takes its time dissipating, leaving good lacing. A strong aroma of coriander and grass with a hint of citrus. Very clean and eye opening, like Pine-Sol. Doesn't taste as bad as I feared. The spice is muted which I appreciate. It's a surprising light taste, slightly salty with balanced hops and malt. Hints of citrus. This beer surprised me because I was expecting the usual witbier/coriander combination but this one cuts through that usual stereotype. One I would recommend."

"Pours a cloudy, hazey off white colour with a medium sized beige head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty with hint of bannana, cloves and fresh apples. Mouthfeel is light, sort of watery and flavor is a little off, noticeable orange and coriander taste. I expected more from a Wit brewed in Belgium. Subpar brew."

"Pours a light orange color, generating a small head that tapers off quickly. It's bright, may need your shades. Aroma is fruity, dominated by oranges with some bananas mixed in. First thing that stands out is a thin, watery mouthfeel. That is backed up by a citrus combination but the top flavors are certainly oranges and mango. It tastes like a semi-sweet orange, with a bland flavor. There may be a dash of cinamon spice in there but that may be a reach. It is refreshing enough but I was expecting more. This is also priced to be an above average beer and I feel it falls short of that. "

"Labeled as Blanche de Bruxelles. Pours a cloudy gold with a moderate head. The aroma is big coriander, but not overwhelming. Sweet orange melds nicely into the wheat to make for a very refreshing beer."
