This ale is made with a special roast of caramel malt, which gives it a lovely red hue and subtle caramel flavor. A large amount of hops is added late to the kettle and the fermentor, giving this beer a wonderful floral nose with hints of nectar and citrus carrying through to the palette.

"Sampled out of a bottle from BevMo. Has a mellow aroma with slight hoppy textures. Appearance is a rich amber. Mouthfeel is nice, but flavor leads a little to be desired. "
