"Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color cider that is really hazy. Sparkling is medium and enjoyable for the style. Taste is a well balance mix between sweet apple (but not overly sweet) with a light refreshing semi-dry finish. Very nice and refreshing cider that does wonder as an aperitif and for the wife who cannot drink too much because of breastfeeding duty right now."
