This beer is a honey wheat beer. The wheat gives the beer a fresh and acidic flavor, and the honey adds a delicious fruit flavor. The honey is from our local bee-keeper Johnny Andersen from Fredensborg. The bees have swarmed around crap apple trees. Perfect as an aperitif on a hot summer day, but can also be enjoyed accompagnying fish and shellfish or hot spicy dishes. Serve at 5-7 degrees Centigrade.

"A hazy golden beer with a huge bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet and quite perfumy with notes of wheat, citrus, dusty hops, honey, apples, and some straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of green apples, malt, straw, and wheat as well as lighter notes of honey and dusty hops, leading to a dry wheaty finish with a light note of banana lingering around."
