"Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy deep golden colour with pale orange hints, topped with a rich dense white foam. Sweet and a bit sugary aroma of orange-marmalade, mild yeast and apricots with hints of white pepper and lemon-peels. Full-bodied with a sweet fruity flavour of over-riped oranges, apricots, nectarines and sugar with mild spicy, herbal and yeasty undertones. The mouthfeel is surprisingly clean and thankfully lacks chewy cloyingly sweetness as the the flavour promised. Canned oranges and apricots in the long fruity aftertaste with touches of almonds, banana and gentle herbal yeast. Well-brewed and certainly not bad but a bit too sweet for me."

[2] Review by Phil B from Gatineau, Canada who has tried this beer once. (7/25/2007 2:16:12 PM)
"Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a huge pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of Belgian malt with some light spices which may include white pepper. Taste is a well balance mix between some semi-sweet Belgian malt, spices and light yeasty finish. Body is quite full with some excellent carbonation and no alcohol was detected. Nothing earth shattering to be found here but very good in any case."
